Shaq Lawson Is Threatening Eli Apple For Disrespectful Comments Towards Damar Hamlin, Apple Responds (TWEETS)
Cincinnati Bengals cornerback Eli Apple has been at it with Buffalo Bills players on Twitter after his team eliminated the AFC East Champions in Sunday’s Divisional Round tilt.
Apple initially engaged in trash talk with Bills star wide receiver Stefon Diggs, responding with “Cancun on 3.” Some interpreted this as making fun of Buffalo safety Damar Hamlin, who wears the No. 3.

Bills defensive end Shaq Lawson wasn’t having any of it, warning the veteran cornerback to keep his trash talk on the field.
You played a good game @EliApple but disrespect my boy @HamlinIsland situation that shit get you beat up frfr. Keep it on the field.

Apple responded to Lawson’s comment by suggesting that he enjoy a vacation in Mexico.
A shame you couldn’t keep that same energy on the field maybe the outcome would’ve been different 🤷🏿♂️ enjoy Mexico wit the homies https://t.co/RvBeSChl5T

Hamlin went into cardiac arrest in the Bills-Bengals Week 17 Monday night game three weeks ago. Thankfully, doctors were able to restore his heartbeat before he was taken away in an ambulance to a local hospital. Hamlin has since been released and is making strong progress in his recovery, even attending the Bills game at Highmark Stadium on Sunday.
The Bengals will meet the Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC Championship Game at Arrowhead for the second straight year. Over in the NFC, the Philadelphia Eagles will host the San Francisco 49ers at Lincoln Financial Field.
